The Approach

One body, one life, one plan.

01

Nutrition

Real food, real cooking, and a slow exit from the wellness-industrial supplement maze. Built for your actual kitchen.

02

Movement

A practice you'll keep — somatic, strength, and breath — built for your body, your hours, and your appetite for sweat.

03

Rest & Sleep

Circadian repair, evening rituals, and the nervous-system work that has to happen before any sleep app will help you.

04

Meaning

Ritual, season, story, and the daily practices that make a life feel like yours instead of a checklist someone else wrote.

Who This Is For

If any of this is your room.

01

You've optimized yourself into exhaustion

Trackers, supplements, protocols. Nothing landed, and you're tired of being your own science experiment. You want a coach, not another framework.

02

You're rebuilding from a hard season

Illness, grief, burnout, a long stretch where the body was the last priority. You want to come back to it gently and on purpose.

03

You're in active transition

Career, parenthood, location, midlife. The shape of your days is changing, and the old wellness habits no longer fit the new life.

04

You want practice, not pathology

You are not sick. You are looking for a daily practice that holds the body as well as the spirit — without becoming a religion of either.

How It Works

From discovery call to the practice you keep.

01

Discovery

A free 30-minute call to see if the work is the right shape for you.

02

Intake

A longer first session covering body, history, daily rhythm, and goals.

03

The Plan

A single written plan — nutrition, movement, rest, ritual — built for your life, not a template.

04

Practice

Biweekly sessions for 12 weeks. We adjust the plan with the data your life gives us.

05

Independence

The goal is a practice you keep without me. Quarterly tune-ups available after.

Your Guide

Luke DeStefano, IHP²

Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, retreat facilitator, and ceremony facilitator — over twenty years of creating safe space for group and individual healing. A diverse background in the healing arts, plant medicines, and spirituality has given him a grounded understanding of how to integrate holistic health with spiritual work without flattening either.

Luke serves as an Integrative Health Practitioner, Kambo facilitator, Thai Massage therapist, breath-worker, and QiGong & meditation guide. As an initiate of the Dharma Mountain lineage of Mahayana Buddhism, he leads with the conviction that every sentient being has the capacity to find true liberation.

His passion for the sacred healing arts has led to immersive studies in Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Nepal, Costa Rica, Mexico, Guatemala, and the United States. He currently resides in central Mexico, hosting groups and individuals for intensive healing retreats.

Coaching is the practical, build-the-day-by-day side of the work — diet, sleep, breath, movement, and the neuroscience of optimization woven together. Deeper emotional work lives next door with Alexa; the two arms of the practice share the same kitchen table on purpose.

From Clients

What people say after twelve weeks.

Luke wrote me one plan and stuck with me while I learned to live inside of it. Twelve weeks in, I sleep, I move, I eat real food, and I feel like myself again.

Naomi B.
Coaching · 12 weeks

I'd been a project to myself for years. This is the first program where I felt like a person again. The plan was simple, the work was deep, and the changes have stayed.

Christopher T.
Coaching · 12 weeks

Twelve weeks rebuilt the relationship I have with my own body. I'm not anyone's wellness experiment anymore. I have a practice. That's the gift.
