Real food, real cooking, and a slow exit from the supplement maze. Built for your actual kitchen.
Precise guidance for rebalancing and optimizing your physical well-being.
Coaching draws on eight domains. Yours won’t need all of them at once — we find the two or three that move first, then build outward from there.
Real food, real cooking, and a slow exit from the supplement maze. Built for your actual kitchen.
Air, water, light, and the daily inputs around you. Small adjustments with disproportionate effects.
Daily practice that meets the nervous system where it is — for sleep, for stress, for the long work.
Targeted, minimal, and built around food. Less aisle, more reason.
Functional bloodwork and at-home assays to ground the plan in your actual biology.
Gentle, structured support for the body's natural elimination pathways — without crash protocols.
A practice you'll keep — somatic, strength, and breath built for your body and your hours.
Cold, sun, dirt, and the practical art of putting your body back in conversation with the elements.
Certified Integrative Health Practitioner, retreat facilitator, and ceremony facilitator — over twenty years of creating safe space for group and individual healing. A diverse background in the healing arts, plant medicines, and spirituality has given him a grounded understanding of how to integrate holistic health with spiritual work without flattening either.
Luke serves as an Integrative Health Practitioner, Kambo facilitator, Thai Massage therapist, breath-worker, and QiGong & meditation guide. As an initiate of the Dharma Mountain lineage of Mahayana Buddhism, he leads with the conviction that every sentient being has the capacity to find true liberation.
Coaching is the practical, build-the-day-by-day side of the work — diet, sleep, breath, movement, and the neuroscience of optimization woven together. Deeper emotional work lives next door with Alexa; the two arms of the practice share the same kitchen table on purpose.
A detox kitchen companion — seasonal whole-food recipes designed to support your body’s natural detox pathways, built from the same kitchen the 12-week coaching plan starts in.

Three short courses you can do on your own time — built from the same material we use inside the 12-week coaching container.
A guided protocol for the first 90 days of microdose practice — preparation, dosing, integration.
Four weeks of guided breath practices — for sleep, stress, and the long work of nervous-system rewiring.
A three-week reset — meals, supplements, and daily practices for a clean-slate seasonal turn.
Luke wrote me one plan and stuck with me while I learned to live inside of it. Twelve weeks in, I sleep, I move, I eat real food, and I feel like myself again.
I'd been a project to myself for years. This is the first program where I felt like a person again. The plan was simple, the work was deep, and the changes have stayed.
I came in burnt out and convinced I'd already tried everything. Luke didn't add more — he subtracted, and built a rhythm I could actually keep. Six months later the rhythm is still here.
Lab work, breathwork, dinner, and a conversation about meaning all in the same plan. It sounds like a lot. It read like the most coherent program I'd ever been in.
The detox cookbook alone changed how my whole family eats. Then the coaching changed how I sleep, train, and think. I keep coming back for the quarterly tune-ups.
Working with Luke was the first time a 'wellness plan' felt anchored — to my biology, my season, my actual day. The sessions are precise. The change is slow on purpose and lasts.
Thirty minutes, no agenda. You tell me what’s on your plate. I tell you whether a 12-week container is the right next move.
