Ancestral Reverence

As October turns to November, the veil between worlds grows thin. Día de los Muertos is days away, and many traditions pause here to honor the ones who came before us.

Join us online for a free community integration circle in reverence of our ancestors. We'll open with guided breathwork, then share in circle: what we carry from those who came before us, what we're ready to set down, and what we want to pass on.

All are welcome, whether you've sat in ceremony with us or are simply looking for community. If you like, bring a photo, a candle or a small object that connects you to someone you love who has passed.
